Privacy at Kodulobot

How the application handles workspace information and protects report content.

Last updated: 22 July 2026

What Kodulobot processes

Kodulobot stores Slack workspace identifiers, configured teams and channels, selected participant profiles, account contact and professional details supplied by users, questionnaire settings, schedules, and submitted report answers needed to provide the service.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver prompts, collect responses, publish configured summaries, calculate participation, operate the dashboard, and diagnose delivery failures. Kodulobot does not use report answers for advertising.

Credentials and delivery data

Integration credentials are protected and access is limited to what is needed to provide the service. Delivery monitoring does not reveal private report answers.

Workspace boundaries

Dashboard accounts belong to a specific workspace. Access is checked against the signed-in account, workspace membership, and assigned role.

Retention and exports

Workspace administrators can manage report retention and request authorized exports through protected dashboard controls.

Your choices

Contact your workspace administrator to correct access, participant information, or reporting configuration. Workspace administrators can request an export or reviewed deletion through the application’s lifecycle controls.
