Cannot sign in
Use the same Slack workspace that installed Kodulobot. Ask an administrator to add you as a participant or pre-authorize your dashboard access.
Return to sign in →Messages are delayed
Administrators can use the workspace dashboard to check delivery status and resolve connection issues.
Sign in to the dashboard →Prompt cannot reach a channel
Confirm the channel is selected for the team, invite the bot, then use Setup to send a report-free test prompt.

Contact your workspace administrator first. They can change access, export retained reports, or submit a reviewed deletion request.
